Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Every category has different MOQ requirements because molds, color changes, and injection runs are very different in workload. Here are the real numbers from our workshop:

• Reading glasses: 1200 pcs per model
• Sunglasses: 1200 pcs per model
• Sports eyewear: 1200–2400 pcs
• Safety glasses: 2400 pcs per model
• Photochromic eyewear: 1200 pcs
• Kids eyewear: 1200 pcs per model
• Party glasses: 2400–5000 pcs per model
• Pet eyewear: 600–1200 pcs per model

If your order is mixed models or mixed colors, we will advise the most efficient arrangement to avoid unnecessary mold changes and keep production running smoothly.

Pricing Rules

We price based on:

• material cost (PC, TR90, metal parts)
• color complexity
• lens type (photochromic costs more)
• packing requirements
• quantity per model

Simple frames cost less. Frames with special molds, oversized shapes, glitter coating or multi-color injection cost more because workers spend more time on them.

We don’t suddenly increase prices during production. If raw material cost changes, we discuss with you before confirming the order.

Samples

Sample time normally:

• standard frames: 5–7 days
• kids eyewear: 7–10 days
• party eyewear: 10–15 days
• custom molds: depends on design

We don’t charge unreasonable sample fees. We only cover mold adjustment and material cost. Shipping depends on your location.

Customization & OEM

We support:

• logo printing
• laser engraving
• custom frame color
• custom lens color
• custom packaging

For new mold development, we will send photos and videos during the mold testing process. Customers appreciate this because it shows the real progress of production.

Production Time

Production time changes with season. Here is a realistic timeline:

• Low season: 20–25 days
• Normal season: 25–35 days
• Busy season: 30–45 days

Party eyewear and holiday items need earlier confirmation because mold switching takes time.

During busy months, the workshop is noisy and full of movement. Workers run around switching molds, checking injection temperature, and preparing cartons for big containers. We always update customers if anything unusual affects the schedule.

QC Policy

We do QC 3 times:

• after injection (check for material defects)
• after assembly (hinge, nose pad, lens tightness)
• before packing (surface, color, printing)

Our QC team has workers who have been doing this job for 8–12 years. Their eyes are sharper than any machine when it comes to scratches and color differences.

Payment Terms

We support:

• 30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment
• T/T
• Alibaba Trade Assurance

For long-term customers, we can discuss more flexible terms.

Shipping & Logistics

We support:

• FOB Ningbo
• FOB Shanghai
• EXW
• DDP (some countries)

Most customers use sea freight because eyewear cartons are light but bulky. Air freight is possible for urgent small orders.

We also take photos of packing before shipping the goods.

After-Sales Policy

If there are quality issues related to production mistakes, we take responsibility. We offer solutions such as:

• free remake
• refund for defective quantity
• discount on next order

We don’t avoid problems. Factory reputation grows slowly, and we rely heavily on repeat customers.
