We only charge material and mold-adjustment cost for samples. Workers often say sample days are the most chaotic because many colors and small details appear at once.

If you have a fixed launch date, tell us early. We can adjust workshop lines, but we prefer realistic planning so workers don’t rush too much and QC can maintain accuracy.
