Our sunglasses production line covers custom OEM work, private label projects, and wholesale supply — all under one roof. Lens coating is in-house, which is not as common as factories claim. When it's genuinely in-house, you lose 5–8 days from the lead time and one variable for defect risk.
We work with brands that are launching their first product and distributors who've been buying 200,000 pairs a year for a decade. The process is the same either way. The only thing that changes is the scale.
We use the same materials, same tooling, same coating process for samples and bulk. What you approve is what ships.
If something looks off during production — material batch, coating color drift, hinge fit — we stop and tell you. Not after bulk is done.
We confirm dates before production starts, update you at each stage, and don't push dates quietly. You'll always know where your order stands.

Six main capabilities. Each one is done on-site — not contracted out to another supplier down the road. That's what factory direct actually means.
OEM Manufacturing
You provide the spec — frame shape, lens type, color, hinge style, logo placement. We build it. Full OEM process from pre-production sample through approved bulk run. Works for brands with finished tech packs or rough references.
ODM Development
Don’t have a design yet? Our product development team works with buyers to create frames from scratch — frame silhouette, hinge design, lens geometry. We own the tooling; you own the finished product once the project completes.
Private Label
Pick from our existing frame library, put your logo on it, choose your colors and packaging. This is the fastest way to launch a sunglass brand. Sampling in 7 days, bulk in 30. Lower tooling costs because the mold already exists.
Wholesale Supply
Factory-direct wholesale for retailers, distributors, and promotional merchandise companies. We keep popular styles in running stock. Mixed-model orders accepted — you don’t have to hit MOQ per SKU individually.
Polarized Lenses
Polarized is our most-requested lens upgrade. We use TAC polarized film and CR-39 polarized substrate depending on the application. All polarized orders are tested for polarization efficiency before assembly. Not just labeled — actually verified.

Temple engraving, UV printing, debossing, silk screen on lenses, metal badge application. We do the file prep in-house. Send your brand guidelines — AI, PDF, or even a high-res PNG — and we’ll set up the artwork and send a proof before bulk.

No Middlemen.
When you buy wholesale directly from the factory, the price reflects actual production cost — not production cost plus a trading company's 20–30% margin. That gap shows up in your landed cost calculation and your retail margin.
We supply chain retailers, optical shops, promo merchandise companies, online sellers, and regional distributors. They're buying anywhere from 500 pairs to 50,000. Some do one container a year; some order every six weeks. The pricing structure adjusts to volume, not to how persistent the buyer is.
Mixed-model wholesale is how most of our regular buyers operate — multiple styles in a single shipment, each at its own MOQ. You're not stuck waiting until you need 500 of the same frame to place an order.

Manufacturing Process
How We Make Sunglasses
People ask why our sampling takes 7–14 days when other factories promise 3. The short answer: 3-day samples skip the curing time on lens coating and skip the multi-cycle hinge fatigue test. Material Intake
Acetate sheets, TR90 pellets, metal wire, and lens substrate checked against spec on arrival. Rejected batches don't enter production.
Frame Production
TR90 and PC: injection molded in our own tooling. Acetate: CNC milled, tumbled, hand-polished. Metal: stamped, shaped, assembled.
Lens Cutting & Coating
Lenses cut to frame spec, then coated in-house. UV400, AR, mirror, polarized, photochromic. Coating cure time is respected — not rushed.
Assembly
Frame and lens joined. Hinges fitted. Temple screws torqued to spec. Logo applied at this stage for UV print; engraving done pre-assembly.
QC Inspection
UV400 verification, polarization test (where applicable), hinge cycle test, lens clarity check, frame geometry against approved sample.
Packing & Export
Packed to your spec — individual box, case, pouch, shipper carton. Export docs prepared. Shipped with tracking handed to your forwarder or ours.
QC That Runs
Through the Whole Process
End-of-line inspection only catches problems after you've already made them. Our QC runs from material intake to carton seal. If something fails mid-production — a coating batch, a frame batch — we stop, document it, and contact the buyer before proceeding. That's not standard in this industry, but it's how we operate. UV400 Spectrometry
Every lens batch tested against UV transmission spec. Not sampled — every batch. Results documented with each order.
Polarization Efficiency Test
Polarized orders checked using a polarization analyzer. We test for cross-axis light leakage, not just label compliance.
Hinge Durability Cycling
Hinges opened and closed through 500+ cycles on a test rig. Spring hinges and standard barrel hinges tested separately.
Lens Clarity & Coating
Coated lenses inspected under controlled lighting for bubbles, orange peel, delamination, and coating uniformity.
Frame Geometry Check
Temple alignment, lens tilt, bridge width measured against approved sample. Asymmetry tolerance is ±0.5mm.
Certifications & Standards
We provide test reports with every shipment. Certifications vary by product — tell us your target market and we'll confirm which standards apply before you order.
Factory audit reports available for brand buyers. We support third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) at buyer's request.
