Your Brand on Our
Production Line

Private label is how most eyewear brands actually start. You're not building a factory — you're building a brand. You need a manufacturer who can produce the product to a consistent standard, put your name on it, and package it so it looks the part on a retail shelf or an ecommerce product page.

The process is simpler than most first-time buyers expect. You choose from our catalog of 200+ frame styles, tell us your logo and color preferences, approve a sample, and we produce the branded order. The whole thing from first contact to finished sample typically takes two to three weeks. Bulk production follows in four to six weeks.

We've built private label programs for boutique sunglasses brands selling 500 pairs a season, Amazon sellers scaling to 5,000 units per quarter, and distributors adding an eyewear category to their existing product range. The same process applies regardless of scale. What changes is the volume and the complexity of the customization.

Private label vs full OEM

Private label uses frames we already make — lower cost, faster lead time, lower MOQ. Full OEM develops a custom frame from scratch. Most new brands start with private label and move to custom OEM once they've validated the market.

300 pairs is a real starting point

We mean it. 300 pairs per style is the floor, not a minimum we expect you to argue up from. First orders at that quantity give you enough product to test the market without overexposing your cash flow.

Your brand, your margin

Factory-direct pricing means you're buying at production cost. The margin between what you pay and what you sell for is yours — not split with an agent, distributor, or trading company between you and the factory.

Everything Your Brand
Needs From One Factory

Four core services, all available on a single private label order. You don't need to manage separate suppliers for frames, logo printing, and packaging — we handle all of it from one production floor and one invoice.

Custom Logo Printing

Custom Logo Printing

Your logo on the temple, lens, or bridge. We handle the artwork setup in-house — send us your logo file in any format and we’ll prepare it for production. A proof is sent before anything goes into the bulk run.

Collection Development

Help building a coherent eyewear collection rather than a random assortment of frames. We advise on style mix, price-point positioning, and seasonal relevance based on what we see moving in your market. Good for buyers who are new to eyewear as a category.

Frame Styles Available
for Private Label

200+ frame styles across five categories. All available for private label — your logo, your colors, your packaging. Mix categories in one order if you’re building a multi-category brand from the start.

From Brand Brief
to Branded Product

Six steps from your first inquiry to a finished, branded, retail-ready product. Most private label programs complete the full cycle in 8–10 weeks on the first order — faster on reorders. See the manufacturing process → for the production detail.

STEP 01

Brand Consultation

We start with your brand brief — target market, price positioning, style preferences, logo files, packaging vision. We ask the questions that would slow things down later if we skipped them now.

STEP 02

Design & Sampling

We select frame options from our catalog based on your brief, or propose new combinations. Samples produced in 7–14 days. You review against the brief — we iterate until it's right.

See the factory →
STEP 03

Logo & Packaging

Logo artwork proofed and approved before production. Packaging design confirmed with physical mock-up for first orders. Both approved in parallel to avoid adding sequential delays.

STEP 04

Mass Production

Bulk run begins after sample and packaging approval. Production milestone updates sent at cutting, assembly complete, and QC passed. You know where your order is.

STEP 05

Quality Inspection

UV400 verification, lens clarity, hinge test, logo print quality, packaging conformance — all checked before carton sealing. QC report available on request.

STEP 06

Global Shipping

Packed to your spec, export docs prepared, shipped by sea or air depending on timeline. FOB, CIF, or DDP. Tracking provided at dispatch.

MOQ Is Not a Fixed Number.
It Depends on What You're Building.

The honest answer: MOQ changes with the customization level. Logo on an existing frame — usually lower. Custom frame color, new mold, full private label packaging — usually higher. Tell us what you want and we'll give you a real number.

For wholesale-level orders we handle large production runs on a regular basis. Capacity is not a bottleneck. If you need 50,000 pairs for a seasonal launch, we can plan the slot before you commit.

Logo on existing frame

Usually 300–500 pairs per style. Fastest path from idea to sample to order.

Custom frame color or lens

Material run, color setup — that adds commitment. We talk about this before anything starts.

Full private label program

Frames, lenses, packaging, labels, display. We put together one production plan for the whole thing.

Building a Brand,
Not Just a Product

🎯

Logo Identity on Product

Temple engraving, UV print, laser marking, metal badge — your logo applied with the method that suits your frame material and brand aesthetic. We send a pre-production proof every time, no exceptions.

🛍️

Retail Presentation

A product that looks the part on a shelf or in a product photo. We work from your brand colors and typography for packaging — not a generic template with your name pasted on. Unboxing experience matters for DTC and boutique retail.

📐

Packaging Design

We design or adapt packaging to your brand spec — branded hard case, hang-tag box, soft pouch, cleaning cloth. First-order buyers get a physical packaging mock-up for approval before the bulk run. Second-order buyers just send reorder specs.

📚

Collection Curation

A brand needs a coherent product range, not a random selection of frames you happened to like. We help you build a collection with logical style progression, price-point coverage, and seasonal relevance for your target market.

🛒

Ecommerce-Ready Packaging

Product photos require good packaging. Marketplace listings require UPC barcodes. DTC shipments need packaging that survives transit. We build these requirements into the packaging brief from the start.

Most brand builders overthink the start

The buyers who do well with private label are usually the ones who start simple. Pick three styles. Choose your core color. Put your logo on it. Get it in front of customers. Then iterate.

We've seen brands launch with 900 pairs across three styles and build to 30,000 units a year in 18 months. We've also seen buyers spend six months on the perfect packaging and run out of budget before they placed a production order.

Start with what you can sell. We'll help you figure out what that looks like.

Low MOQ.
Genuinely Startup-Friendly.

We work with first-time brand builders and established distributors adding a new category. The MOQ structure is designed to let new brands test the market at real scale without overcommitting inventory budget on the first order.

300

Pairs Per Style — Private Label

The floor for private label on existing frame molds. Logo, custom color, and retail packaging all included from this MOQ. Not a starting point for negotiation — an actual working minimum based on production economics.

500

Pairs for New Tooling

If you want a frame shape we don't already make, new tooling is required. 500 pairs per style is the starting point for custom tooling projects. The mold cost is amortized across the order — we explain this clearly in the quote.

3+

Styles Recommended for Launch

One style is a test. Three styles is a brand. We recommend new buyers start with three complementary styles — one polarized, one fashion, one category-specific — to give their brand a range without overextending the first order.

Mixed

Style Mixing in One Order

Multiple styles in one shipment — no restriction on mixing frame styles, lens colors, or categories. Your total order quantity determines the pricing tier, not each individual style's count.

Frame Materials
& Lens Choices

Material choice affects the feel of your brand as much as the frame shape does. A lightweight titanium optical frame positions differently from a chunky acetate sunglasses. We advise on material fit before you lock a spec. More at /materials/ →

Frame Materials
Acetate Premium feel, deep color patterns, hand-polished finish. Best for fashion and optical brand positioning.
TR90 Flexible, lightweight, color-stable. Cost-effective. Good for active lifestyle, kids', and value-positioned lines.
Metal Stainless steel and titanium. Thin, refined, plateable. Good for minimalist and premium optical brands.
Eco-Friendly Bio-acetate and recycled TR90. Traceable, certified materials for brands building sustainability claims.
Lens Options
Polarized TAC and CR-39 polarized. UV400 included. Best retail positioning and highest perceived value. Compare →
Mirrored Flash and mirror coatings in gold, silver, blue, rose, green. Can be combined with polarized base for dual effect.
Gradient Top-tinted, fading to clear or light tint. Fashion-forward. Popular in cat eye and oversized styles.
Blue Light Clear or very light tint with blue light filtering coating. For screen-use and wellness-positioned brands.

Packaging That Earns
Its Place at Retail

Packaging is the first physical brand touchpoint for your customer. For DTC brands, it’s also the unboxing moment that drives social shares and repeat purchases. We design and produce branded packaging that works — in a retail environment, on a product photography set, and inside a poly mailer.

Custom Branded Box

Custom Branded Box

Rigid or folding hang-tag box with your logo, brand colors, and product info. UV coating and foil stamping options.

Ecommerce Display Packaging

Packaging designed for product photography and marketplace listings. Clean presentation, correct dimensions for FBA, UPC coding available.

Your Brand's Reputation
Depends on What's Inside

A private label brand lives or dies on product quality. One bad batch — peeling coating, failing hinges, mismatched temple colors — and you're dealing with returns, reviews, and refund requests that no amount of branding recovers from. We run QC on private label orders with the same rigor as our OEM manufacturing clients. More detail at quality control →

UV400 Testing

Every lens batch spectrometer-tested for UV transmission before assembly. Test reports available for every shipment.

Frame & Lens Inspection

Lens clarity, coating uniformity, scratch resistance, frame geometry all checked against approved sample spec.

Hinge Durability Test

Temples cycled 500+ times on a test rig. Spring hinges and barrel hinges checked separately before approval.

Logo & Packaging Check

Logo print quality, placement, and consistency verified against approved proof. Packaging conformance checked before carton sealing.

Drop Ball Test

Impact resistance test per ANSI and CE protocol on models where certification is required or requested.

Available Certifications

UV400 CE FDA ANSI Z80.3 ISO 9001 BSCI

UV400 certification is standard on all private label eyewear — included with the order, not charged separately. Test report provided with shipment.

CE marking and FDA compliance available for brands selling into EU or US regulated channels. We advise on which certifications apply to your product and market before production starts.

FAQ — Private Label Eyewear

Private label eyewear means selling sunglasses or optical frames under your own brand name, manufactured by a factory. You choose the frames, customize the branding and packaging, and sell the product as your brand. We make it; your name is on it. It's how most eyewear brands start — and how many established brands continue to operate, because building a factory isn't the point of running a brand.
Yes. Private label is the standard route for new eyewear brands. You pick frames from our catalog, tell us your logo and color preferences, approve a sample, and we produce the branded order. You don't need design software, technical knowledge, or a factory. You need a brand concept and a budget for your first order. Most new brands start with 300–500 pairs to test the market before scaling.
Yes — temple engraving (most common), UV printing, debossing, laser marking, and metal badge application. We handle artwork setup in-house; send your logo file in any format. A proof is sent before anything goes into production. Logo placement is your choice — temple exterior, temple interior, bridge, lens. We advise on which method suits your frame material and brand look.
300 pairs per style using existing frames. 500 pairs per style if new tooling is required for a custom frame shape. Mixed-style orders are welcome — a 900-pair first order across three styles works fine. We structure the MOQ around what's economically realistic for your product type, not around what sounds like a low barrier on paper.
Yes — branded hard case, soft pouch, hang-tag box, cleaning cloth, hang tag inserts, and shipper carton. All customizable to your brand spec. We work from your brand guidelines or help develop packaging from scratch. First orders get a physical packaging mock-up for approval. Packaging development runs in parallel with frame production so it doesn't add net time to the schedule.
Sampling: 7–14 days for existing frame styles. Bulk production after sample approval: 30–45 days. Packaging development runs in parallel — first-order packaging adds about 7–10 days if it needs to be developed from scratch. Total from first contact to finished goods is typically 8–10 weeks on a first order. Reorders are faster because sampling and packaging are already approved — usually 25–30 days.
